Outstanding packaging quality and greater sustainability: we bring these requirements together with compelling,
all-in-one solutions comprising packaging design and packaging technology. With a reduced product-pack ratio, with optimum utilization of the machine format. Innovative processes and technologies to save material and make the packaging process even more productive.
Reduced film consumption and perfectly sealed blisters: we achieve this using ultrasonic welding. This process allows significantly narrower sealing edges to be realized. Moreover, as identical forming and sealing materials can be used, the packaging can subsequently be fed directly into the recycling process without the need to separate the components.
The software-based molding process enables faster pressure build-up in the mold cavity, resulting in optimized material distribution and reduced film consumption. This allows thinner films to be used, while still ensuring robust and high-quality blisters. Thanks to the increased pressure, the forming process is also faster and more productive. Temperature-controlled tools ensure perfect blisters from the first cycle, while an air shower in the forming station provides for optimum temperature control of the film even when the machine stops. The process can be restarted without material loss.
The more productive a packaging machine, the more sustainable it is, and the lower the use of resources in terms of energy and materials. To achieve this, a large number of technical features are used throughout the entire packaging process, which, when combined, add up to a higher overall machine and line availability.
