HAPPY EMPLOYEES ON THEIR WORK AT KOCH

"What I find particularly exciting about KOCH is the opportunity to participate in worldwide assembly assignments. We always face new challenges that have to be solved on the spot. I would never be given this much responsibility elsewhere."
Raphael Stoll
Assembly staff
"After my apprenticeship as an industrial clerk, I was immediately integrated into my new team and the current topics. If I had any questions, my colleagues were always at my side with advice. So I was quickly able to get my own responsibilities. This is what I really appreciate about KOCH – even young employees are given a lot of responsibility."
Lena Schlumberger
Service Coordination
"Anyone who starts at KOCH not only gets blue shirts with the compancy logo, but is part of it from day one. The special working atmosphere is one of the reasons why I enjoy working here so much. Trainees get a lot of responsibility here during their training. This is typical for KOCH and we will benefit from it later when we start our job well prepared."
Alex Himmelreich
Trainee Industrial Mechanic
"I particularly enjoy the contact and working with different characters. In my job, no working day is like the other, because each customer has their own specific requirements and neither machine is like the other. That is what makes working at KOCH so varied."
Christoph Mogath
Project Manager
"Because we design custom packaging solutions for our customers, each packaging machine or packaging line is effectively one of a kind. That is why work at KOCH is so interesting."
Wilhelm Theurer
Assembly staff
"I am very proud to be part of the KOCH family. I can hardly wait to contribute to the further success of the company and to create added value together with my colleagues! At KOCH you get a lot of creative freedom to contribute your own ideas. That is very important to me personally."
Mary Zheng

PARTNERSHIPS AND PARTNERS

To help secondary school students pick a career or to assist them while they study at university, we maintain different partnerships. For example, education partnerships with the vocational secondary school and the secondary school in Pfalzgrafenweiler. In cooperation with the Heinrich-Schickhardt vocational school in Freudenstadt, we link academic and in-company training more closely and provide comprehensive support to our apprentices.

In addition, we promote practical studies within the context of Industry 4.0. For example, working with IHK Nordschwarzwald, the University of Stuttgart and regional industrial partners, we developed an innovative study program. The teaching modules at the Black Forest campus in Horb revolve around key qualifications such as management, digitization and sustainability in production.
